Abstract
This research aims to examine the five stages of the diffusion of innovation process in the use of the Goodlee application as a teacher administration management website at SMP Negeri 1 Kotaagung. The Goodlee application is introduced as a digital solution to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of teacher administrative management, including the storage of learning devices, learning media, e-books, and question banks. This study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, involving school principals and teachers as key informants. During the implementation stage, Goodlee is actively utilized in learning administration, accompanied by assistance efforts to address technical challenges and support teacher adaptation. The confirmation stage shows that the adoption of Goodlee is sustained, supported by teacher satisfaction, school policies, and plans for further development and recommendations to other schools. The study concludes that the Goodlee application has successfully passed all stages of innovation diffusion based on Rogers’ theory. Key supporting factors include relative advantage, compatibility, ease of use, strong school policy support, and effective communication and training. The application has proven to improve administrative efficiency, strengthen teacher collaboration, and provide tangible benefits for school digitalization, indicating strong potential for broader adoption within the education system.
