Abstract

This study aims to develop a Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) to enhance learning outcomes in Civic Education (PPKn) for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 5 Kuripan. The research was motivated by the low learning motivation and achievement of students due to the use of conventional teaching methods and the limited availability of innovative teaching materials. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through expert validation, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The findings reveal that the PBL-based LKPD developed in this study is valid, practical, and effective in improving students’ understanding and engagement in Civic Education. Furthermore, it supports the creation of an active learning environment and provides a contextual learning experience. This research contributes to the development of innovative instructional materials that align with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum and the vision of cultivating the Pancasila Student Profile.
