Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the parenting program at PAUD Harapan Bangsa Banjarejo using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The evaluation was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the program in enhancing parental involvement in early childhood education and supporting children's development. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving parents, educators, and PAUD administrators. The results showed that the context of the parenting program was highly relevant to the needs of parents who require guidance in supporting their children at home. However, in the input aspect, there were challenges regarding the delivery of material that was difficult for parents to understand, and further training for educators was needed. In terms of the process, the program was implemented well, though time limitations reduced the optimal participation of parents. Regarding the product aspect, while positive impacts on children's development were observed, some parents still faced difficulties in applying the material provided. Based on these findings, the study recommends simplifying the materials, enhancing educator training, and providing continuous support to parents to improve the effectiveness of the parenting program in the future.
