Abstract
The integration of visionary leadership theory, transformational leadership, as well as quality and management of early childhood education, is used to analyze the role of school principals in improving the quality of education at TK Negeri Pringsewu Regency. This study aims to examine the role of visionary leadership in enhancing the quality of early childhood education at TK Negeri in Pringsewu Regency. The visionary leadership implemented by the principal is expected to provide clear direction, motivation, and innovation in efforts to improve the quality of education in early childhood education institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at TK Negeri in Pringsewu Regency. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the visionary leadership of the principal plays a crucial role in creating an innovative learning environment, improving the learning process, and enhancing the professionalism of educators. With a clear vision, the principal is able to guide and inspire teachers and staff to work more effectively and with greater dedication, ultimately leading to the improvement of the quality of early childhood education at TK Negeri Pringsewu Regency. This study is expected to provide insights and references for the development of leadership in early childhood education and its contribution to the overall improvement of education quality.
